Terms and Conditions:

 

Additional fees apply for certain services and amenities (chauffeur greetings inside airport, baggage handling, car seats, etc.) Gas surcharges are not included in rates above. 

All domestic flights passengers are to meet their drivers at the baggage claim area, unless curbside meeting was included in your reservation. Upon arrival at the airport, clients must contact American Sedan at (703) 764-4491. Your chauffeur will be immediately notified that you are ready to be picked up. Passengers are given a 30 minute grace period to meet their driver. After this period, an additional fee of $16.25 per 15 minutes will be added to final charges.

Clients arriving on International Flights are to be met at customs arrival area.
  
Please add $20.00 to rate on service between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Reservations on Holidays, add $25.00. Additional fees may apply in the event of snow storms and other serious weather conditions that affect travel (Rates are subject to change). Toll and parking costs are not included in the rates above. Waiting time will apply for pickups from home/office after 10 minutes. Waiting time for airport pickups will apply 30 minutes after the plane has landed. After this period, an additional fee of $16.25 per 15 minutes will be added to final charges.
 
American Sedan is responsible for checking on the flight arrival. Clients are responsible for providing the correct airline and flight number.

Three hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid cancellation fees. Special event reservations require 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid cancellation fees.
